What is the Eternal Weekend EU?
The Eternal Weekend EU is the official Wizards of the Coast annual event dedicated to all Eternal formats of Magic: the Gathering. This year for the first time it will be hosted in Italy and it will include 4 days of tournaments and activities.
Where and when is the Eternal Weekend EU happening?
The Eternal Weekend EU will take place at Polo Fiere in Lucca, Italy on November 27th-30th 2025.
When will online registrations open and when will they close?
Online registrations will open on September 25th at 9.00 am CEST and will close on November 25th at 9.00 am CET.
Can I get any benefit if I register online?
Yes, all online registrations entered before November 25th will benefit from the Early Bird discount of 25 euro for all the Main Events.
Can I also register on site?
Of course, but there will be no Early Bird benefit for on site registrations and the registration costs will be for the full price. Please, remember that we cannot guarantee infinite space for playing, so events may sell out before the start of the Eternal Weekend.
What payment methods can I use to pay on site?
You can pay as you prefer: Cash, PayPal, Credit Card, or using the Tix won at various events.
Unfortunately I cannot attend the Eternal Weekend anymore. Can I get a refund for my registration?
Yes, we can process full refunds if you cancel your registration before November 26th and 50% Refunds after. For ask for a refund just send an email to request.refund@4seasonstournaments.com.
What kind of prizes can I win during the weekend?
You can win special official promos at the Main Events for Legacy and Vintage. All other prizes will be given in the form of Tix.
What are the official promos for the Legacy and Vintage Main Events?
The official promos will be announced later by Wizards of the Coast.
How can I use Tix?
Tix will be your local currency at the Eternal Weekend, you can:
- Get Prizes from the Prize Wall
- Buy cards, sealed product, accessories from any Official Vendor
- Support the Artists for signatures, artworks and their official products
- Pay for Registrations to Events
- Pay for food and drinks from food trucks and from the bar.
- Get Prizes from the Prize Wall

Will there be artists present?
Of course yes, it wouldn't be an Eternal Weekend without artists. They will be announced soon.
What tournaments can I play during the Eternal Weekend?
You can play multiple competitive Main Events of all Eternal formats (e.g. Legacy, Vintage, Old School, Pre-Modern, Pauper) and special guest formats (e.g. Modern). Each of them will include a top8 to determine the champion of the Eternal Weekend.
You can practice your favorite Eternal formats every day at our competitive Side Events or at our regular Challenge Events for more relaxed and social games. Or join any of our On Demand Events, including the amazing Vintage Cube!
You can also join the Commander area to enjoy your decks in multiplayer games.

What is a Challenge Event?
Challenges are 3-round tournaments, in the format listed in the event name.
Prizes will be awarded based on the number of matches won.

What is a Team Trios?
In a Team Trios Constructed event, players play decks from three different formats, and face players from other teams playing the same format.
What is a Pauper Team Trios?
Unlike classic Team Trios events, all players will play Pauper decks, with unified decks rules (https://blogs.magicjudges.org/rules/mtr8-4/)

What is a Paupergeddon?
These are major community-driven Pauper tournaments organized by Lega Pauper Italia (LPI), known for attracting a large number of players (often 700-800 per event).
Why do you have events spanning on multiple days?
The Legacy Championship and the Paupergeddon will be held in 2 days. On the first day you can play 8 Swiss rounds and all players with at least 18 points will be qualified to day 2, to be played on the following day. On day 2, if qualified, you will play 6 additional Swiss rounds and then the top8 to determine the champions.
If I qualify to a day2 and I've already registered for another event for that day, can I get a refund?
Yes, all players qualified to a day2 event can get a full refund for registrations at events overlapping with the day2.
Do I have to pay to enter the Eternal Weekend venue?
No, access to the venue is free. Tickets are available for playing in the tournaments.
How long can I stay in the Eternal Weekend venue?
You are welcome to stay with us during the Hall Hours (Thursday 12:00-21:00 and Friday to Sunday 08:30-21:00).
Do you have a free play area?
Yes, we invite all Magic enthusiasts to come and join the Eternal Weekend!
Can I bring my kids to the event?
Yes, we'll be happy to have your kids at the Eternal Weekend so that they can be introduced to the eternal formats! Please remember that all minors need to be supervised by an adult.
Do you have a Coverage for the event?
Yes, we will have streaming coverage for the Championships and the Paupergeddon (available on Twitch https://twitch.tv/4seasonstournaments) and full social media coverage for all activities of the Eternal Weekend (https://x.com/4Tournaments).
Who are the Official Vendors at the Eternal Weekend?
The Official Vendors will be announced in this page.
Can I sell my cards during the Eternal Weekend?
Yes, you can sell your cards to the Official Vendors. You can only trade with other players, no selling and buying among players will be possible.
Can I park my car at the tournament venue?
Yes, there are plenty of parking options at the venue and they are available for free during the entire Eternal Weekend.
